The hotel was reasonably clean and the breakfast was free. The staff was extremely helpful from arrival until we left. We loved good food. Location: the venue was really close to a mall and restaurants, and nearby shops and restaurants. There was Firehouse Subs nearby to grab something to eat. It was as expected, had a really good stay during our family vacation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was not only comfortable, but also clean, which is always a top priority for me. The location was perfect - close enough to access everything in the Charlotte area, but not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Additionally, there were plenty of towels stocked in the bathroom, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay.
